So after hours and hours of messing with hptuners I had to email them the file of my car so they could reformat it or whatever they do. They emailed me back and said that they can't do it because it was tuned by someone else befor and they can't support the file. So how do you guys tune someones car if has already been done befor? I feel like it has to be easier then it's been. Please help me out.

just write over it with a new file if you can.

also, DHP files conflict with HPTuners files...i think...

Who did you email or who told you this? HPT?

Try posting this on the HPtuners website. You should be able to get more help on the subject.

What exactly are you trying to do or what is the error you're getting? Can you even read the pcm.

Powrtuner uses .bin format when saving and HPT uses .hpt format. This doesn't matter when your pulling the file off the car, HPT will save in .hpt format.
