I know this is stupid and with recent events may be a sore subject but I have to know. I did a run the other day while scanning and got up to 131 and it shifted to 4th and then I had like 15* of knock. I'm sure it has something to do with TQ Man, but what is it that I need to look at. I was only getting maybe 1 or 2*'s before the shift.

What does your fueling look like when this happens? Wideband numbers would be great but I know not many guys have one but they really do help out. As mentioned above 4th has a very high load on the engine, especially pushing a car into the wind at 130+ mph. Me and several other local guys used to do this often and I dont know of anyone that would have KR shoot up at all like that. Does the 15 deg KR stay there or was this only at the shift? Do you have a tuner or are you using a stock/shelp tune pcm?
