    Hi all,
I was looking at some scans and noticed my injector pulse width is at 120% at WOT. What is considered maxed out on IPW? KR bumps to 3.5 at this point boost reads 9.9psi. ltft's are locked in at 0. 02 is at 925. Is it right to assume my injectors are maxing out thereby causing the bump in KR?
    Thanks

You have your duty cycle % listed but what is the actual IPW?

this may help RC Fuel Injection

I tried posting the IPW worksheet, but it's gone from my computer. Generally 20ms and under you are safe

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I only had % scan turned on so can't give actual msec time. I did do some looking around and it appears there is a difference in reported IPW vs actual IPW for non return fuel system. I guess pre-2004 has a return fuel system whereas 2004+ is a non return system and the resultant OBDII numbers reported by the PCM are about 32% higher than they are actually running (test results from charles @ DHP). So my actual % dcyc would be 88% which makes more sense. Looks like injectors are fine and I need to do some tuning. Good info with the links by the way. Thanks guys.

Darn returnless systems. You are correct there is a difference and what you said does make complete sense.
