so about what would it cost me to get a pcm for my 06 se and whats involved in the install? keep in mind im not doing a whole lot with the motor, pretty much just intake and exhaust.
8000k hid conversion, 5% tint, brushed alluminum dash kit. more to come...

It depends on where you get the PCM. I think that Overkills PCMs are sub $200 range and are by all accounts the best out there. You can get them from ZZP and Wbody store as well cheaper, but this is one area that I have come to realize you get what you pay for and Overkills PCMs are probably the best choice out there.

I am a big fan of the Overkill PCMs, and recommend them highly. In particular, his PCM will be your best bet because he custom tunes it to your mods (or lack of mods). Check his website for the Canadian price, and then check exchange rates if you are stateside.
I don't know who all has 06 PCMs but DHP for instance (in 97 -03 applications) is tuned for a basic 3.4 pulley setup, which is beyond what you are planning. I believe ZZP is similar in that they assume you are going to be modding more than you are planning. On the install, I know for my '98 it was like a 5 minute job.

Don't know much about which one is best, but I just got my ZZP PCM the other day and as far as installation goes it's probably the easiest of all mods. Just open The box, undo the bolts, bolt in new PCM, and your good to go. 10-15 minute job tops.
