Is there a way to tune just the cold or initial startup tuning without affecting the normal warm tune?

yes, especially in dhp/tiny you have acess to all the cold start adjustment stuff.

really though the best way to tune for it is to wire your wideband into a seperate "hot bypass" switch so you can fully warmup the wideband for a couple minutes before you start it. from there its a bit of trial and error , try 1 afr rich/lean, retest, doing it everyday as you get deeper into and out of winter will give you data at every point of the ECT vs afr to determin what afr it runs best at while cold.
