    Hi all,

I did a scan today and I am having issues with high knock. Going by my scan it looks like I need to add fuel, especially in the 9000hz and above. The wideband readings are at 19.6 which I believe is the highest it will read. Also it looks like the narrowband o2 reading are a bit low as well. My question is should I add fuel to these cells? Since they are so lean should I add at 4% or just do 2% at a time. Does this look like the correct thing to do to correct this knock issue?

if the wb is reading 19's wot your way lean. add a load of fuel. it should ne 14'7 ish idle and cruise, then drop to mid 11's wot.

make sure the o2 sensor is not dead too. they control fueling and can cause a lean issue and kr if bad.

I added fuel and still got the same AFR readings. Less knock though. I think this stupid ZZP rear plog is leaking where the crossover pipe inserts. It crossover pipe barely fits to make a seal. I’m thinking that is the issue.

Picture of how badly the ZZP Plog fits. Their customer support sucks. Just tighten it down they say, we usually don't have problems with these they said. I say make the damn part fit better. I should have left the crappy pacesetters on there.

Yeah I have had issue with a few of their parts lately. The ZZP lateral arms had bad bushing inserts. The stock bolts wouldn’t fit through them. The rear plog mounting holes didn’t line up so I had to drill two of them out. Sucks spending that much money and having to modify the parts.

ZZP is trying to blame the crossover pipe insinuating I should buy one of theirs or a 97-05 year crossover pipe and it should fit. Well all those stock OE part numbers are the same. Blaming everything but their parts. Obviously by looking at the picture it doesn’t fit right and there is a problem.

I replaced the Pacesetters because the collector was a pain to stay sealed and the flange was rusted out again. I replaced the collector a few times. Well I am a fool to have changed them out for these **** PLOGS. I should have replaced the collector and been good. What a dumbass I am!!

I might see if the local shop BDK performance can weld a 2” extension on the crossover and be done with it. It probably wouldn’t be too expensive and end this headache.

As far as I can tell, ZZP exists primarily to sell T-shirts and other garbage with their logo on it. I guess I'm happy they don't really support the LS4.
