Re: E85 startup tuning???
Ok I do not see/feel an exhaust leak anywhere near the front o2. I went ahead and disabled the o2 sensor and the car ran perfect and the check engine light went out. I gave it the gas that caused issues before and it ran normal. Looks like I have to save up to buy an oxygen sensor. I wish there was an easier place to sell the E85 stuff. :/
Thanks for the help all!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: E85 startup tuning???
If you have a leaf blower you can hold it up to the tail pipe and check around for leaks. I've wedged it up or have someone hold it. Makes it easy to find em, just feel around all your connections.
Re: E85 startup tuning???
I do. That seems like a really good idea!!
Re: E85 startup tuning???
I have two of them. I used an electric one. It is very smooth and powerful. I blocked the three other holes. There was a leak of course at the pacesetter manifold connection. There always is. It’s not a big one. I tried to get something done before at two of the local exhaust shops. They wouldn’t touch it. I just jam red high temp RTV around the leak. I’ve been dealing with this for 7-8 years now.
Re: E85 startup tuning???
I had the same problem with pacesetters. It can skew the O2 if it's leaking enough.
Re: E85 startup tuning???
I slathered the high temp rtv and let it dry overnight. All good so far for now. I’ll let it dry for over a week until I can get an o2 sensor.
