The Bonneville SC engine is an L67.
ive had issues with replacement fuel pumps like Airtex. the pump runs but the check valve wont open. Seen it happen in the car and on the bench.
I'd only use a Delphi or AC Delco pump from now on.

did you say its got a maf code now? was it p0102 by chance? if it is check for a blown fuse marked IGN @ 21 ir so iirc.

you got issues, no wonder it wont run right. the theft one is whats killing the fuel i bet. Error Code P1260: Theft Detected Vehicle Immobilized maybe a security learn would fix it up. if its a zzp tune, try key to run for 10 seconds and then off. thats how they retune the learn to make it shorter. if that dont work try key to run 3 times for ten minutes deal.

99 grand prix could the fuel pump speed relay b a issues to that was a code to I been doing the security thing but my security light isn't on I put the low coolant light in it ms place wont illuminate when keys turned to on position
only if its a gtp. if so try the relay bypass.
but the throttle position and ait could be a issue too.
its also possible zzp fuked up and loaded the wrong year tune on your pcm too. that would cause all sorts of jacked up things to happen.
Ik this guy who is a lil father in the 3800 world then me he came thru with a high tech obd reader and checked the car out he said everything looked ok and sounded gud but he said the maf sensor is very iffy at time and sold ne a tb with new sensors installed and couldn't get to crank today I installed the tb but last night had it running that's when the 1260 code popped up and the iat the car stayed revving at around 2000 rpms
All zzp changed were the table to l67 and gtp injectors in a gt everything else should have been in there standard toon
what year did the new tb come from? maf might not be the same. on top of it is the part# make sure its the same.

that tb is wrong for sure, swap back to the old one. 1/2 them codes will go away im sure.
then contact zzp and ask them to check over your tune they flashed.
Will call Monday but I got the car started with the new throttle body car idling and drives ok still starting with starter fluid but the maf sensor reads 0 01 or 0 at idle but when driving 0.16-0.5
