When I’m driving around town my trims are good, on the rich side even. When I get on the highway the lean out to +7-9 at points. Is there a table that adds when I’m cruising in a higher gear?
Wideband isn’t hooked up, hoping to get to that today.

Nothing adds to the trims or makes them go higher or lower, it's just going off your airflow tables are different loads/rpm and your o2 sensor are seeing it.
You could try to pinpoint exactly what MAF hz you are at while cruising speeds and go in your MAF curve and add like 1-2% in that small section to see if the trims drop.
I honestly wouldn't even care if there were like that, it's not going to change how it drives or hurt mileage if it randomly bumps up to around +7-9.
Even getting on it to change lanes stays lean.
Got the wideband hook up today but didn’t have time for a test run, idle is good, bounces between 14.6 and 15
Narrowband is only 2 years old and has about 10k on it. It seems fine on the scan
