What are you going to tune it with??

The older computers don't work with DHP or HP Tuners.

My last internet search said that DHP only works with 3.1, 3.4 and 3.8 powered cars.

the 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS is a V-8 car, and DHP won't tune any V-8 cars.
