Gentlemen, if I may respond that I'm not in an off-season, however in the last 4 months I have gotten married, been on honeymoon, found and bought my first house, moved into the house, currently renovating the house, renovated and staged the old house, sold the old house, all along with regular job and education commitments.
I certainly don't wish to use my abnormally busy schedule of late as excuse for not taking care of customers but I must admit to not being able to answer all email inquiries this winter because of it and computer shipping being delayed. I have granted several refunds to those that felt they waited too long to recieve their computer, particularly during my house move mid-January, no fighting involved! Everyone else has recieved and are hopefully enjoying their computers.
Order backlogs have been cleared and online ordering is back to normal. I devote at least 2 full business days per week to handling and shipping online orders and I am currently shipping orders from the past 4 business days. Pre-order inquiries I've answered to the best of my ability but am still about 5 days behind. Noel I got your email regarding the Riviera back a month or more ago and to the best of my knowledge I replied. Math, I would be grateful at the opportunity to earn your business, if you care to email once again.
I offer apology to anyone that has been inconvenienced. These have all been very important life events and have required significant portions of my time. Supporting my customers is still very important to me and the business is appreciated.
fwiw --- I dropped Will a note mid November, got a reply to my second note about a week later. I sent him a core and a check early Dec and had my PCM on Dec 24th. Glad I went with Will --- what a major difference in performance. Better power, way better trans operation, and a marked improvement in mileage.
