To Will, I hope you see this. I ordered a PCM on the 25th of Febuary. It has been 9 days without a PCM or update as to the shipping status. I DO NOT have a month to wait around for this PCM and when I spend $249.99 on something I expect some sort of contact.
i emailed him 2 months ago, no response so i gave up and gave someone else 300 bucks
@AmericanSoldier, the only reason I went with Overkill was the amount of good post from fellow forum members also he is a sponsor, but I have to PCS to Fort Polk at the end of the month. I'm not upset yet. I'm getting close though. As an NCO I have to stay somewhat professional though.
Ordered mine on the 29th from Overkill, only vendor that I can use because of the year of my car (07). Nobody claims to have solved the backwards fuel gauge like Will has. I am also a NCO and don't give a rats ass about being professional if it takes too long to arrive.
@tod1d, So have you received your PCM yet? and was that 29Feb12 or Jan?
Guys, RELAX, Mike your PCM shipped out Friday and I responded to your email from yesterday today. Brad your order from 3 business days ago is being sent out today. Miles I responded to your email several months ago, I'm sorry I couldn't earn your business again.
We're all adults here. I want to sell you the best possible tune product and I care about my customers concerns. I get a LOT of emails, texts and calls from customers far and loacl and there's only the one of me to go around, which is why I need the appropriate time to answer your emails and to program your custom tunes to the best of my abilities. I can't monitor every forum, I got emailed by another customer sending me this link. Email me with these sorts of concerns and allow me an appropriate response time before posting on a public forum like this. It hurts my business, it scares yourselves and other customers unnecessarily and being a dick to me won't get you a faster response time I promise you that.
