I would jump on it. It's is after all a winter beater so you don't need something that's top of the line. If you pass on it there's a small chance that you'll find another GP/Regal in similar condition for that price.

Find something you like bro, no need to rush it!
http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/cto/4147746593.html doesn't' look bad but high on price

http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/ctd/4148930638.html Nate said he looked at this one and it was really nice. Just very very little surface rust beginning on it, so i would consider that even!

Yeah I've seen all them on there, maybe I'll go looking more tomorrow. I like the 3rd but not the tan interior. The 2nd is in detroit so ehh, n the first is way too much for the miles lol.
This white one I can get for 2600 maybe 2500 if I just brought the cash probably. I wasn't planning on buying today, just within the next couple weeks or so and about 2500-3000 top if it's real nice n low mileage. Anymore money n I'd focus on paying mine off and just buy a newer car n finance again. But I don't wanna do that just yet until I just buy a g8 GT lol

the regal is a bit plain looking, it needs a spoiler or lip on the trunk cause it looks like its missing something with out it.

the good part is cops dont give it a second look. it lacks that sporty look the GP has.

That top burgundy regal gs is the nicest of the bunch and the price is decent IMO looks like a pretty clean car.

I agree it could use a spoiler n that is cheap, plus itd make it look much better.

It does look pretty damn clean, but for 1000 more and 30k more miles I wouldnt really go for it. I do like the color a lot though. And I would find that spoiler for the white one if I got it

i got this spoiler for 20 bucks from a semi local part out, it came black.

tinting the tail lights is almost needed as stock its like a sea of red on the back of the car, tinted windows help out with the looks too.

Yeah that looks good scotty..Im sure I could find a spoiler for it. And I agree the tint is needed too. The white one is tinted. I just found another regal nearby too with 114k and asking 3200. So im talking to them now as well. It looks a lot cleaner than the white one even too.

this one seems very well taken care of and can use tires they said, also no spoiler like the first and this one doesnt have tint, the white one does.

thats nice one, dont think id pay 3200 for a 99 tho.

the only regal to get a factory spoiler was the gtx /slp car.

i met this guy at my autozone. 2000 gtx stage 3 slp car, came with those wheels ( hard to see but spectacular) and the spoiler. he added a full ic and pulley drop.

Oh okay, yeah I think theyre gsx, ive been reading about em n seen they were the slp upgraded trims, kinda like the gtx for grand prixs I guess. But I would try to get them down to the 2500 or 2600 id get the white for or I wouldnt buy it.

So the maroon is a 99 n the white is an 01. Do you think there is that much of a difference in price or quality?

generally the older it is the less its worth, the 97-04 are a all about the same. 97 and 98 have a slightly different cluster light wise, and the back seats changed iirc 2000 to a full fold down 60/40 split like the 04 gp's. and theres a few different stereo combo's in them.

they all seem to be full loaded with the only exception being its either got heated front seats or it dont. oh and they all should have heated mirrors, they activate when you turn the rear defroster on.

Oh okay yeah, damn. I wish the maroon was newer then. But the white had the monsoon radio at least. I forgot to check about heated seats n all that. I will if I check out thw maroon one tomorrow. Thats nice w. The mirrors heated though.

My favorite thing about the regal is that it's such a sleeper everyone expects a gtp to be quick no one expects a regal. That's just my opinion if I could have found a Regal same mileage as my car and even a little more expensive I would have bought it
