donuts in a field are pretty fun.

I think i want to drive up to northern AZ where there is snow and just have fun.
I also got some more pics of the truck. Still havent sent it off to paint yet. Hopefully this weekend i will be a little less busy
if those fender flairs are the stock plastic ones, id have them painted black or to match the the truck, they really don't hold anything of a shine and seem to fade and look crappy. did on my truck anyways.
what color you painting it?
Yeah these are the factory ones. I actually dont think im going to keep them on there when i get the truck painted. I dont like them for the look i am going for. I am in the middle between a midnight blue pearl and a two tone candy apple red on top and black on the bottom w/a silver stripe seperating the two.
You could mold them into the body and have it be kinda like a widebody so your rims won't look like they stick out as far. It might look pretty cool like that.
i hear ya on the look your after, but if you are going to run a wider tire other than stock your fenders will pay the price, mine got flying rock scars all on the under sides of them, and up the rear sides. my front tires did stick out 1 inch past the flare. but the rears were also scared up and they were tucked in the wheel well. on 4X4's the fronts tires are always a bit wider then the rear.
oh and as crappy as they sometimes look, mud flaps will save the under side of the rear quarter and the under side of your doors, mine were getting trashed so i made a set out of a old rubber bed matt, and sheet metal screwed them on the inside of the rear and front fenders. looked good, but i had to take them off in the winter, when i was snow plowing if i backed into a snow bank they would tear off.
i never liked the hard plastic ones, i always liked the loose rubber flaps. and i let them hang 4 inches from the ground. on a truck anyways.
and those colors should look sick, cant wait to see it.
