so it's been spitting snow for about a half hour before i leave work, but the interstate is just a bit wet. no biggie... cruizin in the right hand lane, probably doing about 45-50ish. next thing i know there's a tundra's front left corner coming towards my left front! so i hit the brakes and swerve right, trying to keep him out of my fender. I didnt feel a thing, so when we got out, i initially didnt see anything. but as i turned to get back in the car, i hollered to the guy that i saw a scratch! low and behold, right at the front corner, above the two indent groves on the bumper cover was a thin white scrape looking mark (from front corner to rear of the corner light) Crap!!!! so of course the guy says 'that'll buff out!" so i downplayed it and rubbed at the scuff. it pretty much all came off with a spit shine, but i can tell there's a bit more there, so i say i dunno, it's not all coming out. so the guy pulls out a $100 bill and asks if that will cover it... you becha!
so i've got a little work to do with it, but i dont think it will require any kind of repaint... so that was an easy $100 bucks
but boy was i lucky!
