low 12's is possible. unlikely but possible. mid to high 12's is more common for a good driver.
well the new 08's 09's have a little more beefed up ls3 with i think around 430hp and i do think there getting low 12's

get a set of slicks and put it in the 11s stock.

If its a C6 Z06 it has the LS7.....pushing out over 500hp.

i was thinking they were close or if not 10's stock. ive seen them go 200+mph stock tho..
