I'm really trying to be open minded and not so negative, but an American "Shredder" and an origin that so far comprises of "April's Father and Shredder" creating a group of superheros really makes it hard....

Before the trailer, there haven't been many updates that kept me happy about the reboot...nonetheless, I have to go see it...plus, I have the "I have a 4yr old that wants to see it" excuse anyway

The only downfall I see is this is a movie from my childhood that I absolutely adored and has sentimental value. When things like this are brought back and then remade, I expect it to give me that same feeling, and I know I'll just end up disappointed because it won't be the same.
