Actually I was referring to the fact that there was no shock absorber on the right side. That's the thing that limits the travel of the suspension in the unloaded direction, so as the other 3 tires were well off the ground, that one was going further down. Those are known for the shock mounts rusting right off.

Lol yeah I kept watching the brake hose and axle, eventually it lifted without damaging either, I think the control arm bushings ended up holding the weight. I have had that issue with Chrysler minivans, OE front struts fall apart around 190k leaving the mount disconnected. That always tears the CV boot and sometimes brake hose. Guess how I got those up in the air? A cutoff wheel, thick gloves, and keep as far away as possible lol. With as much weight off the spring as possible
