Probably zipties cause he thinks he's a drifter.
I was thinking zip tires but man those would have to be really weak zip ties. Probably the smallest ones maybe. Or it ripped the holes apart in the bumper, likely it already happened, and they zip tied an already cracked hole.
Clay was on his way to McDonalds when he hammered on it and suddenly his exhaust became five times louder.
The c-clamps let go. He's currently playing with the jb weld to see if he can get it back together
Clay better make it to his parents place this weekend so I can get my wheel. LOL
He's had it for far to long chances are he broke it :(

They will drill out just have to get good bits
c-clamps are the best exhaust stuff
Theres a better way to do this.
Get these:

And use red loctite.
It helps a lot of if one side is drilled out so the screws can at least go through the one side.
How do I know? Mine have been holding for months. :D
