Happened to me with my first scan tool order I got the refund. But I think it was taken back out of my account again sooo I just ate the money I don't pay attention enough to my bank statements

I ordered a whole bunch of heat-shrink in bulk and wire sleeving for my wire-tuck from that company. Instead I got sent this.

Yep. Not even good scoops. They don't want to cover shipping back to them, they don't want to send the right products without another full payment. They offered to refund $4 and I can keep the lovely mini scoops that still have the made in china stickers on them. So now it is in the hands of the eBay gods.

They should get you the right product or a refund. Like do they not realize they screwed up lol
