    C4 is fantastic.

I'm using BSN Hyper Fx right now just to try something different. Don't bother, not worth it.

C4 is the way to go for a Pre-Workout.

My favorite out of the two I tried was acg3. It had me pumped like no other. It was impossible not to go to the gym after that

Whey and creatine monohydrate. Sadly I cant find a pre-workout that has the advertised effects, but jack3d (when it first came out) was the best so far for me.

I used walmart whey protein all three flavors over a 2 month span and went from 217 to 230,i also eat 6-8 eggs per sitting and oatmeal. Kept weight in check using cardio. Used up my last of the whey weeks ago and haven't been working out much but im still around 227lbs.

I've used assorted Pre and Post workouts:
    Pre-workouts:
Ares Black Orange Overdose (Tasted pretty good and does a good job at pumping me up) http://newdawnnation.com/aresblack2/
AdreNOlyn Cuts/Bulk (Have pretty good flavor and were good for getting you pumped up) http://www.blackmarketlabs.com/store...drenolyn-cuts/
C4 Assorted flavors ( Just about any flavor tastes great and it does its job) http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...593186.3984282
BSN N.O. Explode Orange (I have to slam this because it doesnt taste that good and it never got me pumped just itchy) http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...593186.3984282
GNC Beyond Raw RAVAGE Any flavor ( this stuff is disgusting in my opinion however it was the quickest working and most powerful preworkout I have ever used. You would get itchy within minutes and be pumped. Another downside was that if you didnt eat within an hour of taking it you would almost crap your pants, no joke.) http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...593186.3984282

My favorite overall preworkout was the AdreNOlyn series stuff. However if you want to be balls to the wall then Ravage is the way to go.

    Post Workout:
New Dawn Nutrition - Zeus Juice Toxic Tang (When mixed correctly it would taste like Orange Julius however I didnt experience much as far as gains are concerned and it doesnt last very long. I think one of the big tubs only lasted me a few weeks as it takes three scoops to get the max effect) http://newdawnnation.com/zeus-juice/
GNC Beyond raw rebuilt mass ANY FLAVOR (I'm not kidding when I say every flavor tastes amazing! I got my best gains with this stuff and I only had to use a scoop and I would do two scoops only if I had worked really hard. Also lasted a long time for me so don't let the price scare you, it's priced like that for a reason.) http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...593186.2108309

If you can't tell the GNC is my favorite "post" workout to take.

That's literally all I take. I just started working out again three days ago but when I was working out six months ago I had gone from being 200 pounds to 165 pounds in about three months and had noticeable increase in muscle mass and strength. So yeah the stuff above does its job.

Thinking about throwing creatine into the mix to take while I workout....anyone got any suggestions as to which one to take? I had a buddy tell me the walmart stuff would suffice and that your body can only accept about five grams of creatine a day.

I've been a high end athlete for a long time. I played soccer since I was little always at very high levels. Most of my years my team was always making it to state. I always thought I was attack best performance level I would ever be. I'm retired now. After a back injury stopped me playing from college. Now that I have recovered I'm working out and using supplements. I'm stronger and faster then I have ever been I stand by supplements big time

Internal weight aka poop clogged intestines. Many people have up to 30lbs of garbage sitting in the intestines and you would never know by looking at them.

As funny as it is its true. Some people take laxatives to clear out there system, you wont get it all but over a 2wk span ive heard people dropping 10-15lbs like that.
