Trust me i don't have anything extra there lol! And i drink lots of water daily so I'm constantly flushing out my body. I have big thighs from all the running in sports but idk. My brother and i are both the same way, but even got told tonight that i don't look like it.

I'm a huge supporter of nutition before supplements...adjusting what you eat can make a much larger impact on whatever goal you set....that being said, I have plenty of experience in all kinds of supplements and highly suggest damn near all of the Controlled Labs lineup....right now I am in bulk mode...staples include Orange Triad, Animal Flex, and ON Fish Oil....current supplements include AEN Presuge, AEN Intrabolic, CL Green Mag, and CL GlycerGrow....Various proteins, but I typically stick to Casein/Whey blends....

Soooo looking for input here guys. I'm on the flip side of the bulking. I'm getting/staying in shape and also being older, I need to be concerned with joints. Last year I started Insanity about this time of the year and after 3-4 weeks had to take a break due to joint pain. Found that GNC Triflex is amazing and I'm on my third week of Insanity again, going a little gentler on the knees this time and taking the Triflex.

Anyone know of something that is basically the same w/o the GNC pricetag?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I agree a 100% on diet first you can take supplements until your either blue in the face or broke or maybe both..... I pretty much always take at least 1 animal pak broken up into a few each meal.
Ive recently been using universal real gains bananna for protien shakes with ice cubes some milk a whole bananna and a scoop of peanut putter this makes the best shake ive come up with.
Plus little wimpy 25g per serving shakes suck unless you take 3 a day. Gainers are the way to go 52g per serving protien and 600 calories. Im a hard gainer anyways but i can run like a cheetah.
I use alarm for a prework out and yes the new version of jacked 3d sucks balls quite hnestly ive used it twice and puked both times on the new version f that noise!
Creatine monohydrate added to the shakes and prework out. I also swear by xtend intra/during work out i notice i usually dnt get as sore usng that.
i also is krealkylin and tribuluis pills 2 of each mixed in with the animal pak through out the day.

Im 168 run sub 15 min 2 mile pt tests and bench around 200 10 reps. Bench is always low for me thats always my trouble.

Id suggest to others if you not getting results or protien shakes switch to a gainer 25g per shake seems like such a waste.

Bill. I go to bodybuilding.com. Really cheap. And have some great experts on there that can help. Plus store is catorigized so you'll be able to find some good joint stuff. I wish I could help but I have no experience in joint products.

And yeah I'm only getting 25 grams per serving of protein. Have a shake when I get up. 30 minutes before. During and after that's of my whey. Then I take a casein shake right before bed

I refer Animal Flex to almost everyone, even as a staple, like I use it....

AllStarHealth.com <<<hands down the best site for everyday low price....Bodybuilding.com has decent sales here and there but can't match their everyday prices + flat rate shipping....

no offense but gainers are sh*t....1 scoop your choice protein, 16 oz fat free milk, 1 cup dried oats, 1 banana blended, is far greater than any "gainer" protein...

rule of thumb is usually 1-1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight for lifters....obvious foods like chicken, beef/steak, eggs, tuna, yogurt/cottage cheese = easy choices to accomplish your daily intake....

Xtend is pretty good, I still prefer AEN Intrabolic and CL's Purple Wraath, personal preference....

before my shoulder/back injury I joined the 1200lb club with my 3 major lifts at only 25 yrs old and 175 lbs (12% BF) had a 345 Bench, 455 Dead, and 415 Squat <<<yea I know, terrible squat....

if you anything about cissus, you'd know there still isn't enough data collected to support it's proper dose and effectiveness....Animal Flex @ under $30 is and will always be a better alternative...it's tested and proven more than most joint supps while being used specifically for weightlifters....

and I specifically stated that "AllStarHealth.com" in my opinion is the best site to order from price wise along with flat rate $5.95 shipping....

you're getting less fat, which is the sole purpose for fat free milk....that specific breakfast shake results in a clean 700 calorie, 50+ grams of protein shake....much better than his suggested "Gainer" protein....

there's nothing wrong with the fat in milk, it actually helps with the bioavailability of the protein in that milk

never said anything was wrong with, but why add an unnecessary 100 more cals? ...+ fat free milk has more Vitamin A, C, Calcium and Iron...and really bioavailability? ...a decent protein with a good amino acid profile is far greater than the difference between a small amount of so called bioavailability added....

I dont need a scientist in a lab with a monkey to tell me whats good and whats not. Cissus is PROVEN by the ONLY thing that matters, REAL WORLD results, its practically guaranteed.

Data is for companies, reviews are for men.

No point in being in a pissing war some guys prefer one thing while others prefer something else. What works for one guy might not work for another.. It's all personal preferences meatheads!

why pay the same for less?

and the extra "vitamin A, C, Calcium and Iron" wont be absorbed properly without the whole food ingredient... milk has fat in it. drink it as so
