    A while ago I texted Brandon asking about some good spicy southern meal to go with corn bread etc. Gotta say his response of "beans" was more of a let down than one could typically imagine. Off to Google I went. Found this spicy shrimp or crawfish recipe and figured since I loved it..maybe you would too. I added an extra couple cloves of garlic BTW.

    And I have been googling to see if anything sparked my memory of a dish we've had back home because the only thing I can think of is gumbo and stuff like that but see I don't like seafood very much so we didn't toy with that much.

    Gotta remember, Bill, southerners season with sugar. So I iz havin hard time figurin you out a spicy recipe.

    Now my meme she cooks with lots of herbs and salty seasonings. she always has herbs on hand. rosemary, parsley, thyme, all that crap.
