Alright, so as some of you might know I was part of an engineering club called The Future Engineers of UW-Barron County. We are a small 2 year campus located in Rice Lake, WI. This year was the first year that UW-Barron County has had an Engineering Club. We started building the machine back in December but due to notreally having a spot to work on it we just built the base. We didn't start actually putting steps on and painting until after January 1st when we were allowed in the Fine Arts set shop. This gave us just under 2 months to complete the machine and get everything working for the regional competetion in Toledo, Ohio towards the end of February. We went down to Toledo and ended up taking first. This meant that we were headed to the national competition in Columbus, Ohio at the end of March. We didn't place first or get any awards but it was a great experience and well worth the many hours and late nights we put into it. All I really have right now is the link to the video but hopefully I can get my hands on some of the pictures from various points along the way showing the building of it.
The video shows a perfect run and then after the perfect run it shows a step by step of the machine.
Enjoy!
