How many of you guys used the eastwood products. ive thought about getting stuff from them just to do things myself instead of spending a lot on having others do it. I realize it wont be as good as pros.

I used the engine porting kit.

    Worked well.

Time consuming, but it was my first set of heads, third throttle body, second blower, second LIM.

Carbide bits are useful once you're more confident in your work.

Unrelated I know, but the product was decent. Shipping was more than the product though. Blame Canada.

Im just using an old oven from a kitchen remodel. I can get pics of some things we've done in the shop. It's easy to do and great results for as cheap as it is.
This is the kit I have, http://www.eastwood.com/dual-voltage...owder-gun.html

Yes, just a standard 240 oven. You could probably get one cheap used and replace an element or thermostat. You don't want to use a oven for food after it has cured powder coating. Just bake it at 400 for the first 5 min or until it flows into liquid and covers then roll back to 350 for 15 min. Let it cool and done.

Yeah, an electric oven is more consistent at keeping a certain temp. It says not to use a gas oven. If creative you could make an oven out of wood, fire proof insulation, and sheet steel. Just need heating element or elements and a thermostat.
