so i am powder coating my CB750 wheels coming up soon. i already picked out a color (darker, flaky red). don't try and help me pick a color because i already picked on out. i don't care what color you think they should be, either.

here is what the wheels look like (not my image):

they're spoked wheels and they need to be disassembled before powder coating.

    the question is:
    a) powder coat the rim, hub, and spokes?
    b) powder coat the rim and hub (spokes would be chrome)?
    c) powder coat just the rim (hub would be cleaned up, chrome spokes)?

this is the color i am using: Prismatic Powders: PPB-4694 SUPER RED SPARKLE .

so like i said, this is a question of WHERE, not WHAT COLOR. don't be a dick.

I'd definitely avoid doing the spokes if at all possible.

polishing the hub takes time that i don't want to do. the brakes also hide them a fair amount.

B or C, A in my opinion would be over-kill and blend together too much

Next person that says to plasti-dip them is probably going to get an infraction, haha.

    Go with option C.
