Does anyone know how many Grand Prix's were sold? I see a ton of 97-03s each day.

I have no clue either, but I see a a lot everyday too. I'm just proud that I have the GTP, and that mine is unique.

A lot but from what I have heard less the 20 Percent were 2 doors in the 97-03 GP model run.

    '01 GP GT Topswap GT
    '95 GP GTP 3.4DOHC V6
'95 GP SE Gone but not forgotten.

I think the 40th was an option you could add when they were new... so I guess it's however many people ordered...

You are correct Qwik, there were the same design, obviously just a different paint scheme.

Thanks, but i LIKE my hood scoops on my 40th....No need to cut anyone's car down...Some style on the hood is better than none.As far as "gay" looking your wrong, lots of people like them. Your opinion is your own i suppose, but remember for everything you dont like about one car, theres someone that doesn't like something about yours...And yes they are actually functional

He is just jealous cause he has a STOCK hood!

As for the 40th Edition, it was not an option. It was an actual model car for the 40th Anniversery of the GP. The numbers I am sure are limited, given it was only made for a year or two during the 40th Celebration. This was not something that continued year in and year out with each new model. They were made in both the GT and GTP style during that period.

The 40th Anniversary could be ordered before it came out. They obviously were making a bunch to sell but it could have been ordered. They would have made as many as needed. There are more 40th than there are Daytonas
