Since you didn't include links or any specific info, Google brought up this.
Grab Photoshop and CS2 For Absolutely Free Right Here
However, download has been removed. At least at the moment, site shows section unavailable. Nice that they were giving stuff away, but its very old, 7yrs (+/-). CS6 is the newest version. If it comes up I may download it, but right now its not working.
Sorry I thought I had copied and pasted the link

Yea I was going to say Adobe responded in a comment to straighten it out. That is why they took the link on the site down. Only works if you have a valid serial # for your own copy.

You have heard wrong! Adobe is absolutely not providing free copies of CS2!
What is true is that Adobe is terminating the activation servers for CS2 and that for existinglicensed users of CS2 who need to reinstall their software, copies of CS2 that don't require activation but do require valid serial numbers are available. (Special serial numbers are provided on the page for each product download.) See <Adobe Community: Looking to activate Creative Suite 2, Acrobat 7, or Macromedia products?>.
You are only legally entitled to download and install with that serial number if you have a valid license to the product!

That's clearly not the message going viral on the web right now.
