    Merry christmas!

Got my mom a small pile of stuff I knew she wanted/needed, got my gf a whole wii system and a couple games to go with it cause she's wanted that for years.

Im gunna set it up in her living room while she and her family are downstairs, I bought a bunch of the old school NES games that mean a lot to her (Super Mario Bros 1-3 and a few others) that you can download online for the Wii and she loves those cause her dad who's no longer with us and big bro were Nintendo fiends while she was little.

Gunna set it up so it's just the title screen on the tv for Super Mario Bros 1, have her blind folded and place the controller in her hands.

Tears will be shed! Gunna be sweet.

    Everyone else got gift cards

ooo, I kind of thought about the NES and SNES roms I have on my pc and if they would be USB usable somehow, I'll have to keep this in mind for the 20 years older stuff that I feel ripped off paying for.

I'll probably still pay for the new games if I ever decide to get any, I usually just get used lol.

ya the wii games are cheap now, but some of the really popular older wii games are hard to come by thats when having the modded wii comes in handy, that and you dont have to worry about scratching the discs lol.
pretty easy to mod the wii its roughly a 15-30 minute procedure and works on any wii.
