I am asking everyone who reads this to e-mail mailto:sales@3800performance.com on my behalf ( my name is Christopher Bayus) and ask them to refund my $419. I have been battling with 3800 since August to refund my money after returning a set of lateral arms I purchased through 3800. I have filed a dispute with VISA, only to have it reversed because of a lie from the owner and my bank not contacting me, informing me of his appeal. Due to VISA guidlines, I cannot re-submit my dispute. So, my bank is trying to collect the money for me. But, the reality is there isn't much hope of this working. I would really REALLY appreciate it if you all could put some "social pressure" on him to do the right thing. Thanks for your time and effort.
