Yesterday morning my grandfather was taken to the hospital because he couldnt breath. As the day/night moved on his kidneys started to fail as wel as his liver. He was on breathing tubes and 6 different IVs. Today at 12 oclock my dad and aunt took him off live support and he passed away at 12:34 pm.
I cant believe how fast it happen. For a 87 year old man he was very active. Wednesday i was helping him pick up leaves, tuesday we cut down some branches and monday we cut the grass. He was very healthy and then bam hes on life support.

RIP grandpa... I will always remember you yelling at me for not bagging the grass and watching you dump old oil down the hill. And being 12 and you giving me and nick 50 dollars at the arcade for tokens.(Which by the way is like 3 cup fulls.) I love you rest in piece and say hi to nana

That sucks, too bad we are all lined up for it at some point. Of course, if we weren't... we would place no value on a life & it makes us appreciate our loved ones all the more.

sad to hear, but i must say when my time comes, i'd like to go out just like he did, fast, no drawn out illness, fine today, gone tomorrow.

sounds like he was good guy. minus the oil down the side of the hill lol
