yea they've been slowly going out of business, they use to be NTW, National Tire Warehouse

had an awesome rock jingle too "N-T-Dub-le-U We got the parts that are right for you!"

i believe it is part of sears correct? my dads buddys worked theere when we was starting out in the auto field and he got 20% off at sears for craftsman tools!
