So my brother came home last night very intoxicated and high on something. His girlfriend of 2 years drove him and his truck home last night. I was trying to fall asleep when they came in, she was crying he was yelling and he hit her twice in their room. I got dressed grabbed my O.C. Spray (Pepper Spray/Mace) I am a D & G Security Officer. And i tried to calm him down. She Hide his truck keys from him because he was trying to leave and drive drunk (Way pass the legal limit) He kept yelling for a good 15minutes then he hit her in the face right in front of me in the living room. I hit him with the spray in the face. Then he rushed at me (he was blinded FYI) and starting wailing on me. Then he retreated to go and try to wash his eyes out. (didn't work, i have the Law Enforcement Grade ****)
Then i went outside and he kept coming at me a few times but he couldn't catch me. then he starting screaming he couldn't see verbally threating me a few dozen times yelling that he had something for me. Now he is kinda big into drugs and all that and he is already a convicted felon with multiple drug charges and a think a Violence charge or two. He could of went for a knife or had a Firearm stashed somewhere in the house. I called 911 to get a Paramedic to tend to his eyes and the police showed up as well. I did not tell them that he hit his GF but i said he was being extremely violent and that he raised his hand back to strike her. (Again i didn't tell him that he hit her and nobody told them that he had infact beat her.
The Police advised me to leave the house for the night mind you this was like 3am. I grabbed a few things and did just that. Got a Hotel Room etc and thats where i am at currently.
Now he has called me multiple times saying he is going to kill me or **** me up and he does not sound right in the head. not the slightest bit. He does not sound like his normal self.
My mom got into a argument with his girlfriend and told her that she couldn't stay at our house anymore so they grabbed a few things and left as well.
Now i plan to return to my house tomorrow around 5ish and go about my normal routine. I don't really want him to get arrested again because he would be looking at a very lengthy prison sentence since he already has a long record but at this point he seems to be beyond reason.
He also trashed my room after the police and i left. Punched a hole through his own door and wrecked my mothers house and verbally abused and threatened her and disowned her.

To Sum it up i stopping him from continuing or doing the following.
Beating on a Women.
Going to Jail for a Domestic Battery Charge
Going to Jail for a DUI
Going to Jail for Criminal Threatening with a deadly weapon
Going to Jail for Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (Security Officers are considered LEO's)
I Maced him to Cease the Threat and get him under control. He is now activiely trying to find and hunt me down. But i have two cans of Law Enforcement Grade Mace, my glock 19, and a 38 Special if he tries to come at me with a deadly weapon.
I was considering a Restraining Order but my mom is flipping **** over that saying she is going to sell the house and ill need to find a new place to live.
What would you guys recommend.
