back in january i bought a 96 corsica 2.2 L paid $400 with 127k miles. the only thing i done to the car was changed oil 2 months ago. never have any major problem with except few cosmetic stuff falling apart. well today i have to say good bye to her. she might not be the prettiest on the block, but save me alot of gas money. i sold her to coworker for $550. this evening i pick up a 93 corsica LT 3.1 V6 with 66k miles. pay $600 for it. she's not pretty from the outside either, but way better looking than the 96 one. the left back bumper is push out little bit and the bottom front fender is bang up, but not that bad at all. no rust at all eitherl. tomorrow i have to G.I. the interior up. there's nasty dog/cat fur over the floor carpet and the trunk full of molded cat food. i'm going to take little more care on this one than my last corsica. gotta love 'em corsica!

My wife had a Corsica for a LONG time. Very reliable car. It was the 4cyl version but it sure ran good. Good on gas and so forth. She is only on her third vehicle because she went from that to the Grand Am that lasted forever. In fact the person we sold the Grand Am to had it up and running in a few days so as far as I know its still trudging along. She now has the Cherokee that seems to be doing really well.

Her Grand Am had the 3.1L V6 in it and I think it had around 180k on it when we sold it.

I've got a 91 corsica....206,000 miles on it, and I just rebuilt the tranny in it. It might be an ugly car, but it does it's job well.

I don't think I've ever had a car get around better in the snow either.
