Hey guys! I'm goin to sell my van while it still has good value. I wanna know what you guys think is a cheap car that can be modded to a 10 second car pretty easy!

    Bring on all the suggestions!

I wanna be the 1st person to say Civic :P

but in all honesty, i don't think there's a "easy modified" 10 sec car theres quite a bit of $$$$ involved

Sell it and bank that money.

Otherwise, an LS1 with heads, cam, intake.

The words 10 seconds and cheap should never be used in the same sentence.

for 10k you can almost do any car thats "mod-able". i would say a civic hatch would be the easiest cuz they weigh next to nothing. do the B-18 swap and add the cam etc and ud be good to go. you can do 12s easily without forced induction.

Del-Sol's are the convertible civic (I have a friend with one, their quick but not fast)

The Civic Code’s (in generations are as followed)

4 Fourth generation (1988–1991) - EC, ED, EE, EF
    5 Fifth generation (1992–1995) - EK1, EG, EH, EJ1, EJ2
    6 Sixth generation (1996–2000) - EK9, EK4, EK5, EK3, EJ6, EJ7,EJ8, EJ9, EM1
    7 Seventh generation (2001–2005) - EM2, ES1, EP2, EP3, EU1

I used to be a HUGE Honda car guy so if you have any questions regarding 1990-2000 Honda and Acura car's p.m me and I’ll be sure to help

but to be quite honest; Making a 10sec pass in a Honda is like coming out of the closet..... sure it might surprise a lot of people.... but in the end your still gay

That was so funny dude... The only Honda I would think I could drive is a 99 Prelude honestly.

    Buy a 98-02 fbody roller, do a 12 bolt rear with 4.10s, stalled/built auto and drop in a heads/cam LS3.
    Should get you close.

Or get an AWD DSM. Built 6 bolt, big turbo, shep trans and a lot of weight reduction.

Or turbo w-body with a built trans and a ton of weight reduction... in any case, buy slicks.
