I had 4 normal ones and 1 extra tiny one. I did surgical because I don't do well on gas. That was not fun. I recovered ok tho.

Watch out for dry socket and take it easy for a few days. Hope you feel better soon!

I had a rare double set of wisdom teeth, lucky me eh. After the surgery I noticed a bit of nerve damage to lower side of lip, that did not go away for a few years.

After i had mine out they recommended taking the pain meds before the numbness wore off, but i was so out of it and numb....i just laid down. Woke up to the worst pain i've ever felt, took the pain meds but it took them 15-20 minutes to fully kick in. Dentist must've been standing on my jaw, i was bruised for a week.

Found your other two, buddy. I've had wisdom teeth removed twice because I grew more.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.

I got mine out a while ago, and from what I remember the most annoying part was trying to fit the ice pack around my xbox headset. ... and I was sad that the painkillers didn't make me say interesting things.

The mashed potatoes and applesauce(not as one dish) diet was nice though.

i tell ya what, lol when those teeth start to hurt you will know why. mine grew in like a big ass molar and i had them all for about 6 years as they did fit in my mouth, what happens is the gum line is high on the tooth, and they are hard to brush well, and they rot under the gum line, then they fvckin hurt.

if ever given the option, have one side done at a time, left/top/ bottom, or right side. that way you can still chew good on one side.

or like i did, one at a time as needed.

all 4 at the same time is real man territory. thats gonna hurt for a while.

going to a oral surgeon costs more, its like 3 to 400 to get knocked out around here, (and thats not covered by ins in most cases) that's a IV knock out.

by far the best way to go in my book.

you walk in, they hit you up with Novocaine, you get a lil prick in the arm, 30 seconds later your waking up with gauze packed in your mouth, time traveler sh1t lol

I had mine pulled about 8 years ago. I remember shortly after they inserted the IV asking the dentist "is that the ceiling?" and then I was gone.

gas kind dulls stuff, but if your a pu$$y and have the extra cash, go for the IV, sometimes its best not to know. ive had teeth pulled every way under the sun, iv, gas, and just Novocaine, and just Novocaine is not the way to go, but it is the cheap way.

take a look at your x rays, if you have straight roots it may not be a problem at all, but if your roots spread out like a trees roots, (like mine) they fight the whole way out, roots break off, and they need to go dig for it, sucks.

yeah. i mean i have a low threshold for pain and one time my dentist was like do you wanna try it with just the numbing gel i said hell naw you break that needle out and do it right.

so yeah. i'd do iv or the shot. gas would just be an added bonus.

if you get the IV, you also get lots of Novocaine as well before the IV goes in, that shot with the 5 inch needle in the hinge of your jaw, yeah love that one... they want you numb before you go under, so they can get right to work, and wake you up as soon as possible.

any route you take you get Novocaine shots. it would be completely inhuman to pull teeth with out that stuff, or drill teeth.
