Well, is that time of day when I must turn in and rejuvenate so I can get up very early in the morning and start over.

I cant say enough how much I appreciate everyone that showed up today to kick this board off right. Hats off to each and everyone of you. I am so looking forward to this community growing and becoming something that other forum communities want to model after.

Keep up the good work. Also, remember, that this is your community too. I will be all you want it to be and no more than you put in to it. We've only just started. We still have work to do in getting everything just so. There are some improvements yet to be made.

The important thing is to grab hold of this concept and run with it; this is your community. This is your place to express your enthusiasm, your commitment your ideas, etc. Too many people think that their contribution has to be something spectacular. Well let me be the one to say, that is not the case. We welcome all contributions. How To's information, nich services and so on.

There were two how to's posted today and I tell you know if those two people never showed up here again, their legacy would carry on because I will make sure those how tos get posted for all to benefit from and to remember who posted them.

Ive seen threads where members posted pictures of their engine projects or of their cars. Call it what you will, showing off, bragging, whatever makes you feel comfortable. In the end, those people have contributed. To me they showed me their committment to detail, their committment to caring for their cars, their committment to quality work. I welcome each of their contributions.

So if you want to be a part of what makes this place what it is and what it will become, look inside and find what it is you do well, what information you have the may be lacking with others or just find that committment and get involved. Spread the word we are here. Let people know that we care about our members. Not only do we want to give them a place they can call home, we want to give them a place they can be an active part in making a home.

Thank you to all of you that participated today. You should be proud. We are proud and glad you are here.

Hell - make it a hat trick. KCCGP/KCPMC will bring the same attitude and support we have locally - which is a very good thing. Glad to be here.

Just keep in mind, Im not the only one working this. Chance and Chris and myself are working on this, all from the Tornado Alley Grand Prix Club.

So please make sure you thank them as well. They are working tirelessly to make this happen along with myself.
