    Bluestacks

Currently in Alpha stage, about to roll out Beta stage of this. Still needs a lot of work. I have also seen people running Android in a VM as well.

Do you have a tablet? HP Touchpad for ~$200 or a Kindle Fire ~$200 bucks. I'm sure you could find the TP a lot cheaper somewhere. Since the TP is larger in size, I think the KF would be better as it is a little more compact. Get a mount and put it in your car.

But to be honest, if you are wanting to run a laptop in your car, there are tons of better applications out there than Torque app. Depending on your setup, if you are running a ELM27, then as long as your laptop has Bluetooth.

    And smile it's Blacktooth Grin!

    HPT comes to mind.

I haven't been impressed with the latency using the PLX adapter with Torque.

I'm used to a sample every 200 ms, not every 1000.

If your wanting to hook up to a laptop then get a obdII - usb cable and download the Tiny Tuner programer tools or spend $$$ and get good software and have a ball... just don't break your car

If you want to use the android apps then CL or Ebay up for a android tablet and get a bluetooth obdII reader.
