Whether or not you believe me, I was nothing short of scammed by a rental agency. I'll be moving in a few days, but I wouldn't mind leaving behind a few special nuggets for the Agency and Landlord.
Open to suggestions.

nothing says i hate you like a good healthy dump on the floor... And I don't mean just any kinda ordinary dump.. Oh no I mean like a out drinking draft beer and eating taco bell all night kinda dump..... Show them whose bauce...
Leave an "upper decker", have all your buddies come over and crap in the water tank of the toilet. Every time he flushes it'll just fill back up with crap.
No, I'm still looking to get my $500 damage deposit back.
The Landlord is on the 1st floor, and there is about 18" between the ground and their balcony.
Maybe a dump placed in a perforated tupperware container and mysteriously tossed under the balcony?
It won't smell for over 2 months because of the freezing temps.
How were you scammed? I think raw fish or chicken sitting in an open container would stink way more.

Roadkill animal in an air vent.
piss on his air conditioner fan....he'll spend months trying to find the smell
Things you can do they won't really notice.
Tilt the refrigerator back and raise its little feet so when you set it down its tilted back more, what this does is (usually) cause the refrigerator motor to make more noise and burn the motor out quicker, it will also cause the fridge door to SLAM every time. Down right annoying.
If you have insulated windows, poke holes in the stripping so the gas for insulation escapes (tiny holes)
Put ads on craigslist saying its a flophouse, see how many druggies will show up (after you leave)
Lastly, if your concerned on getting your deposit back, on your last month rent you can short him $500 and say its for your security deposit because you feel that he won't honor it correctly (leave that place clean and take pictures), you legally can do this.
Adjust one leg on the oven so it wobbles like people at a dubstep concert
Had a friend of mine one time who actually cut a hole in the drywall stuffed it with raw shrimp fixed the hole repainted the wall he did this in every room. Fun, fun not only odes it smell and he canf ind it, he attrachs a TON of bugs
on the toilet, poke a pin hole through the rubber plunger at the bottom of the tank, it will drip just enough water that it will have to run and refill to top off about every 10 minutes.
while causing funny smells and what not sounds fun, do think of the consequences of these actions. If they do find the source, they will know it was you. If the next person who moves in has a weak immune system and can't handle the molds that would be caused from such "funny" smells and as a result ends up in hospital and worse case scenario ends up dead, and they figure out it was you who caused the source of it, guess what, you got a real serious problem. Again its extreme but it is possible in this world of sue happy and how good they are these days with tracking this stuff down.
I am only posting stuff that would be a nuisance, some times things can go to far.
After a year the price went up 10.5% (roughly $100/month). I signed.
The next lease (now) the price went up 19% which is $200 per month.
The company seems to always lease at a hugely inflated "base" price, then gives a "discount".
So they pulled out the discount causing the price to go up as stated, $200 per month.
I open an appeal with the tenancies branch, but they tell me the discount is between the agency and tenant only. They don't care.
Clearly I didn't re-sign. So after a while, they start showing the place. I went on Kijiji and saw the ad. They only wanted $950, which is the same as when we moved in. $950 is a fair price for the place.
So I called the agency and told them I would re-sign if its still available. They said I can have it for $1250. I told them its advertised for $950. They say if I don't want to pay $1250 I can GTFO.
Basically, they are trying to hook people into the apartment and pull out the discount. Since most people can't stand moving, the agency expects to keep a sucker in here paying the inflated rate.
Come to think of it, while living here for 2 years I've noticed a huge turnover in tenants.
I will be getting the deposit. The suite is in the same shape as at move-in. When they try to take the deposit I'll simply litigate them. Which is common, from what I've heard.
Google Probably!![]()
The tricks or the other stuff about recourse?
The tricks because I worked for Sears at one point in time and delivered their appliances.
Recourse stuff, because its karma it will come back to bite you in the ass. Creating nuisances is one thing, affecting someones life is another
