Prediction: Judith was eaten, she was like zombie veal.
I don't think Michonne could have gotten to her because when she got Rick safe, he took off for Carl leaving her standing there alone. He only took a couple of steps and Carl blasted the walkers. Grabbed Rick, turned a corner, empty baby seat.
It could be that Michonne has her given the whole scene with Beth and Michonne having to hold the baby. That could have started the whole side story for S4 Part Two with Michonne.
I figured she went the other way to see about Hershel. Last she saw of him he was trying to crawl away.

Ahhh yes, you are right! So you may be right. Kirkmann pretty much said Judith was dead, but you know how he is. Gives nothing away.
He didn't say she was dead he said "there was an awful lot of blood there wasn't there" I think she's still alive
