Zombies should be front and center always, they demand respect and have earned it

My wife asked me why I like zombie shows and hate vampires. It's because the zombie shows are about how people react and survive in a bad situation. Zombies can be a substitute for any catastrophe. Vampire movies are centered around the vampires.

This is so true. If it was just about zombie killing half the second season wouldn't be resulting in them staying on a secluded farm land looking for the little girl and wondering about why there are zombies locked in the barn!

But it is such a good show. I don't have cable so I have to wait and download each show mondays, but it keeps you locked in so well. Love it!

The show itself has not really followed the comic books, which i like, but there are several elements from the comics that are finally starting to show up in the series. Hershel's farm being one of them. But the CDC thing from season 1 never happens in the comic.

Shane's cool. I like his point to Dale that if you think I'd kill my best friend what would I do to someone I don't even like.

I liked some of the elements about the CDC. It would be the place to go.

Agreed, I loved it in the show, thought it was an excellent addition to the story.

Depends on what you think will happen.

But its not the end for walking dead lol. Its mid way. They said it was mid season ender or some crap like that. But holy hell, who the F keeps zombie relatives and then feeds them?

My real question is where the military is hanging out at. Because if there was anyone who would be surviving the zombie apocolypse it would be the military, red necks, and hot babes.
Strippers bro, Strippers are the ones to survive... Wait... wrong show... Either way, Shane is proving himself to be quite a loose cannon. I can relate. Worlds gone to $#*%, All your loved ones are dead(ish), the only piece of arse you had is back with her thought-to-be-dead husband, and now you're shacking up with the crazy blonde who is just as nutty.

I've read the comic, so I'm not going to spoil it for anyone, but I think that if they follow somewhat on the comic book basis, then yes, what you think will happen, will happen.

Really sad to see Sophie like that. Next show looks like it all goes to hell.

Shane definitely lost control and went too far, at the same time, I think he was right, and I think Herschel realized that at the end. I like what Herschel said in the preview for the next episode "There is no hope for any of us." I think that was something that he knew all along, but until after this episode was unwilling to admit.
