No, but my mods don't have a lifetime warranty, and with tint I wanted it.

That's cool. The last place I got my tint from, you could see where the machine ceased certaiin parts of the tint and scraped some of the tint off to where it had a couple small claer spots. Don't know how, but I wasn't very happy with them. All they would tell me was sorry. That's why I want to give tint-pro a shot. From talking with them, I think it'll be fine. Told them if they give me a good quality tint, they will have alot of future business from me. That's when they tol me if I ever had a problem, they would take care of it.
deez, let me know how it goes this weekend. i really think that may be my first job on the new car...its really cheap and makes a big difference on appearance, and keeps the sun off my leather!!!
Arrgh! I had a chance to put the tint on my Grand Prix today. Unrolled the film, and discovered it was for the 4 door. I have the coupe!!! What makes me even more upset is I made it clear twice that I wanted 2 door and I got 4 door. So depending on what tint pro wants to do, I may have a deal on 4 door 35% tint!
Email them man and tell them your problem. They should fix their problem. Atleast that's what they told me if there were any problems.
i would def. be interested in the 35%!!!
Looks like he's going to send me out a replacement set. Once they come in, I'll post an update. I should be doing the F150 later this week and maybe my wife's Mustang. Shipping they've been pretty quick, so assuming they go out Monday, I should have the GP ones before the end of the week.
That's good. Do you have to send back the 4 door tint?
He responded with an email that he'll get a new set out to me and did not say anything about the incorrect set. I'll send it back to him, but not on my dime. My guess is with the volume he does, he's not going to worry about it.
Good way to make some of your money back. Resell it.
vailskier3 will be the first one I contact if he doesn't ask for them back...
Yea, I seen were he sounded interested. I doubt the guy would be hurting if it didn't get sent back. Especially if he's having to pay for shipping for your new ones and to send the old ones back. At least he admitts his mistake and is correcting it.
thanks deezul, i appreciate that, i badly need to do my first mod. i'm just waiting on my scholarship money before i can do anything! i'm broke until then!
The tint wouldn't fit anyway, Dezul has a 2002.
hmmmm wish i had known this...im an auto glass tech i went the hard way and popped all my glass out and tinted my windows in my living room :(
I used to do that when I first started. I liked being able to sit inside in the a/c while I did it and the put the window out in the sun to dry up some. Know with th e pre cuts, can have a window done in about 5 or 6 minutes. Takes the hard part out.
Yea, go ahead and help the next person. I'm not at the point yet to redo mine. I have some other things in the works right now. I'll see if GTPJOE is interested. If not I'm sure some one on here will. I'll send him a message and see what he says.
dang, thats right, i should have looked at that...ah well
I may take them up to the NAIOA meet in Rockville, MD; there's a few GP folks that show up so maybe someone there will want them.
