Well, the video proved that he was doing something wrong (speeding wreckless driving) so I commend him for including those shots as well. That way we aren't watching this thinking "oh he got a gun pulled on him for nothing." I'd have taken off in the gap though, no way someone pulls a gun on me.

Everyone that's ever had a gun pulled on them for just speeding, speak now. What? No one? Okay.

Was reading the comments and as someone else stated if they biker would have had a concealed carry on him he would have been within his rights to blow that cop away as soon as he saw the gun being produced. Provided he was the quicker draw of course...lol Cop shoulda let the marked car/uniformed officer take over the stop and of course identified himself much much sooner as a police officer if he was gonna do what he did and not let the marked one handle it.

Im not going to bust the balls of the police on this. They had every right to pull him over, 127mph wheelie? F that. But I will agree the gun is overkill. And seeing some random ass guy getting out of his car with a gun I would have taken off and called the police hahahaha. Or smashed my awesome helmet into his un-awesome face to try and correct it.

I apologize for posting again like an ass clown but after reading the outcome of this I give props to the judge for kickin the cops in the nuts on his BS charges. That and now knowing the man on the bike is part of the military if I was him I would have used my uber moves to mess him up lol. Soz again.

That is crap! BS pulling a gun without announcing he's an officer. That puts him in a really bad place, and seizing the computers because it was uploaded is even bigger BS.

I did outrun a cop once. He at least said he was a cop, but he was in a mustang (off duty, civilian clothes) and he couldn't keep up. I would have stopped had it been a cop in an actual patrol car, and most likely would have even stopped if he was in a uniform, just because I know my rights and he couldn't legally do anything to me other than *****.

That sheet is crazy tho, even with the cop car behind me, in his shoes I would have put my hands up like "don't shoot" and allowed the clutch being disengaged to roll the bike into him lol. I'd be like, my bad, the GUN scared me... forgot it was in gear when I let off the clutch!!!
