If you don't like the risk don't play the game. You can't blame police for doing there job....not like murderers get together in the middle of the night in a pack of 60 cars and make themselves a giant target.....from what it sounds like they made it easy for them to be caught
if they can catch me when i see the blue and reds they can get me, otherwise hell no.

If you read I was not caught...

second to me its crazy for them to devote that much of the force to that... Im pretty sure they pulled overtime to manage that because for the past few years we only had about 2 cops on duty at night. This was more of just a shock at how serious they were.

Police pulling overtime to crack down on people breaking the law...this makes sense to me. With tickets, fines and impounds they made money. No one likes paying tickets but they don't like living in broke ass towns either

wonder if the fast car crew is still getting picked on.... They probably moved out of the downtown area though... the burbs around there are just as good to race at and dont have the "omg crackdown" bullet out.

The street racing thing is out of hand in many places. I don't go to any of those things, but it still effects me. How do you ask well most of us car people like to go hang out with other car people and look at there cars... basicly doing nothing illegal just hanging out... for example every wensday around here we go to the park and have a bbq never more than 10- 15 cars... well the cops look at that as us meeting and deciding whos raceing who and betting before we head out for a night of racing...
So they showed up and told us that they we needed to find some other place to have a get togethers and that they would ticket us for street racing if they saw us again. So we find a new spot and then the local enforcement there tells us the same and so on and so on...

Well thats public property so they might as well give you a ticket for armed robbery since they wouldnt be able to prove either.
