My slowest car was probably my 1993 Volkswagen Cabriolet. Granted that car was a godsend on gas mileage. I've never felt a need to have power though.
Probably an old grain truck or tractor.

Slowest was an 88 chevy celebrity with the 4cyl.. Took about 5 mins to get to 85, and proceeded to fall apart after that.
I don't know if it was the fastest or just the most powerful.. My first jeep. 2000 grand Cherokee 4.7l with 2wd
old like 90 f-350 with the 6.9l Diesel with no turbo.. it was a very old U-haul truck.

A 87 2.3 4 cylinder automatic Mustang, 87 2.2 Plymouth Sundance, 85 2.5 S10 were all pretty slow. The 1.8 automatic Eclipse was a turd too, as was the 2010 Cobalt I drove as a rental back in December.
Fastest was either my modded TSI or my buddies modded VR4.
