My favorite saying is what my Dad always says. He says "get a holf of". Not get a hold of. I find myself saying it every once and a while.

A tip for any northerners traveling to/through the south: if you order an iced tea you probably want it to be unsweetened. The default is "suhwheat tay."

Its cold tea.... not nestea.

that and you get fish and chips, and they give you potato chips... not fries...
