97 gtp

Well i have my 97 gtp and 02 gt and im planning on top swapping the gt with everything from the gtp eventually.. i plan on keeping everything from the gtp engine wise.. but idk what to do with the rest of the car.. idk if i should make it into a project.. part it out, try to sell it, or junk it. it has the big dent on the side. what do you all think?

Part out whats left and sell the shell for scrap. How big is this dent? Can it be pulled out?

could always put a cheap engine in it and have it as a back up car.
