Gold Bond Ultimate Healing is the shiz for cracked hands. Mine got super dry last winter and started to bleed....few days of using that stuff and they were all better.
I've also heard people like that 'Working Hands'. It comes in a green container.

Ran out of Mucinex so i stopped and got some more after work, only I went with the walgreens brand instead, and it's making me kind of loopy. Weird.
I have gloves that I use for working on car in cold got from AutoZone they is noice
