Alcohol only ever helped me around 2 drinks. More or less depletes my focus.

exactly!
I am so glad I skipped from 98 to XP(thanks to E-Mule),,,Vista was bad enough
I really need to get around to training myself on 8. Folks gonna start asking questions about that one some day, expecting me to know things.
I would want the 7 style GUI, have they cemented a tweak to ditch the Metro tile memory game interface. I know there is a fix everytime you boot, last I read but that is a pain. I'll prolly get bored some day soon and partition my drive and search for a release to check it out.
4 cylinders take longer to warm up.. :(

Had my interview at the bank! It was with human resources and it was odd questions but I was prepared for all but 1 or so...but I think i did really well I was honest as could be and I tried to keep some humor in the mix. We'll see how it goes next weeeeek :) Wish me luck pray for me children..pray.
On the flip side I was so nauseous I thought I was gonna hurl in the lobby. Hate my stomach.
Win 8 is simple..
It's like Chevy vs Ford ... think totally backwards and you'll have it
There are several "apps" built that replace the metro interface and give you a start button like 7. I just hate not having the Glass Aero look with it. Back to win98 squared boxes, but I can live with it.
I love win8, it just takes some getting use to, I've told several people, give it a week or 2 of regular use and if you don't like it by then, we can go back to 7.
Yeah, nobody's told me they don't like Windows 8 yet.
I wish apologies weren’t a thing. I don’t want to hear you say you’re sorry. I want macaroni. Apologize to me in the form of macaroni.
Kraft or salad?
Actually Windows 2000 was pretty stout. XP is almost a direct copy of 2000. In fact XP's "classic styling" is a direct copy of 2000.
I remember running 98 on my first Windows PC and after getting BSODed to hell and back I acquired a copy of 2000 and couldn't have been happier. Never had another problem after that.
