Road Closed

Saw this yesterday on the road going by my house, some idiot drove past all of the road closed signs and hit the pot hole. He took the plates off his car too so he wouldn't get caught, so right now it's impounded i think and the guy faces a $1000 fine for driving past closed road signs, plus a ruined car.

I should have jacked the wheels they were in good condition from what I could see, I was the first one to report it. I wouldn't doubt if the guy was drinking too.
